MRID is a microscopic Raman identification system built in with two lasers that could instantly switch by software or automatically switch between scans at different wavelengths. This patented laser auto switch technology allows users without expertise to switch lasers any time immediately while still ensuring that the optical path for each laser stays optimised after every switch. MRID makes it unprecedentedly easy to swiftly inspect the same sample right at the same spot with any two different laser wavelengths among 473, 488, 532, 633, 785, 808 and 830 nm. Moreover, the two excitation sources could also be applied at the same time.
MRID 532/785 Dual Lasers - Scans with Auto Switch
One-click to get both Raman and Photoluminescence spectra. MRID could be equipped with an excitation source for Raman spectroscopy while the other for Photoluminescence (eg. 375 or 405 nm). With the auto switch technology, both Raman and PL scans could be completed one after another automatically with one single click.
Direct laser output could be controlled at 1mW/step by software, plus a round continuously variable neutral density filter (O.D 2.0~0.04) contolled by software offering transmission from 1% to 100%, resulting in 0.01 mW/step laser power control.

InSe Polarised Spectra
XX: peaks ~116 cm-1, 226 cm-1
XY: peak at ~177 cm-1
Laser incident angle adjustable by the polariser module.
Heating Stage : 1500 K
Cooling Stage : 4 K / 77 K
Smart features keep you out of all the troubles - Laser power could be adjusted by 5 steps via ND filters as well as by 100 steps thru software control. Laser modules could be adjusted and optimised in 3 directions. Over-exposure caused by the laser beam is prevented under microscopic imaging. Laser auto sleep mode. Restorable laser parameters. Programmable batch scans, and so on and so forth.

MRIplus is a microscopic Raman identification system whose laser module could be switched manually and calibration free. PTT's patented technology ensures the optical path for each laser remains optimised every time after switching among different laser wavelengths - 473, 488, 532, 633, 785, 808 and 830 nm, as well as 375 or 405 nm for PL (photoluminescence). GMDX is a single-laser microscopic Raman identification system.
MRIplus is the most compact microscopic Raman system. Optional features include: A high sensitivity digital camera in place of the conventional bulky microscope, a batch scan automation stage, an enclosed chamber, a portable setup for field study, motorised stage for mapping, a polariser module, an fibre optic probe, a heating or cooling stage, integration with other instruments, customisation for production line inspection.
